How do I book — and how fast is it?
Entirely online. Pick your date and package on the calendar above, pay your deposit by card, and you're confirmed instantly. Most bookings take just a few minutes — no callback or back-and-forth required.
How late can our event run?
Until 2:00 AM — we're one of the only venues in the area that can host events that late. Load-out finishes within 60 minutes of your end time.
How many people fit?
About 300 seated at banquet rounds, up to 450 in a theater-style seated layout, and up to 800 standing — depending on your setup.
What's included in the price?
Every rental includes tables and chairs, the in-house 16′×16′ stage, the mounted projector and screen, WiFi, sound system access, an on-site venue contact, the catering prep area, and post-event cleaning by our staff.
What's the deposit, and what does it hold?
A 50% deposit confirms your date on the spot. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event and can be charged automatically.
What about alcohol?
Alcohol service is coordinated through The Roost's approved bar provider. Not every event needs it — daytime, nonprofit, and community events often don't, and beer/wine-only events may qualify for lower minimums.
Do we have to clean up afterward?
Just take all trash and decorations to the dumpster on the side of the building. Our staff handles mopping, restrooms, and resetting the furniture. Prefer not to set up the tables and chairs either? Add the Setup & Breakdown Service for $95.
