Weddings & Receptions
Industrial-chic ceremonies and receptions in a space that looks elegant with minimal styling. Flexible layouts for a first look, a seated dinner, and a dance floor - all in one room. On Saturdays your reception runs to 10 PM, then Roost Nights opens around you - your guests get wristbanded and the after-party is built in.
Greek Life, Formals & Proms
Built for big nights. Open floor, real lighting and sound, a downtown location walkable from campus. On Friday & Saturday your formal runs to 10 - then Roost Nights opens around you, with wristbands for up to 100 of your guests and VIP sections reservable for your crew. No other venue hands you a built-in after-party. Thursdays are our campus night and we will co-produce with your chapter.
Corporate & University
Trainings, banquets, award ceremonies, holiday parties, and networking nights - with the in-house projector and screen, flexible seating, and a space that reads polished without a conference-center feel.
Parties & Mixers
Birthdays, graduation parties, showers, alumni mixers, and receptions - sized from an intimate gathering to a packed room. Defined time blocks mean you only pay for the window you need.
Nonprofit & Community
Fundraisers, meetings, community gatherings, and recurring programs - with friendly daytime pricing and simple scheduling. Many daytime and community events don't require bar service or minimums at all.
Late-Night Events & Roost Nights
Every private window ends at 10 PM. Friday & Saturday from 10 PM the venue becomes Roost Nights - live DJs every week: VIP lounges, a 50-foot bar, and a smoking-capable cigar suite. Reserve sections online, or inquire about a full-night takeover for select large events.

Thursday is our campus night
Thursday runs on weekday rates and ends at 10 PM, and it is the night we are opening up to Greek life and student orgs. We would rather co-produce than just rent you the room: you bring the crowd and the idea, we bring an 800-capacity space, a real stage, sound and lighting, climate control, and a venue that carries its own liability instead of putting it on your chapter. Roost Nights, concerts & ticketed shows
Every Friday & Saturday from 10 PM the room becomes Roost Nights - live DJs every week with VIP lounges, bottle service, and the smoking-capable cigar suite. Reserve VIP sections online. The Roost also produces occasional ticketed concerts and comedy nights - follow @theroost_jax for dates and tickets.
